Rules
No parties allowed.
No smoking inside the house.
Pool hours: 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
No food consumption allowed inside the pool.
No smoking in the pool area.
Exclusive facility use for guests (not for visitors).
Pet Policy:
Pets must be registered in the reservation (only small pets allowed).
Pets must not be locked inside the house when guests are not present.
Pets must not roam freely in the gardens without the presence of a guest.
Large pets are not allowed.
Maximum of 2 pets per reservation.
Pets are not allowed in the pool.
Liability:
Any damage caused by a guest or pet will be covered by the person who made the reservation.
Guests are responsible for their valuables outside the house.
Terms and Conditions
Guest Agreement:
Guests must agree to abide by all house rules.
Payment:
Full payment is required before the arrival date.
Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 PM to ensure the comfort of all guests and neighbors.
Cleaning Charges:
Additional cleaning charges may apply if the house is left in unacceptable conditions.
Liability Waiver:
The owner is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to guests or their belongings during their stay.
Reservation Termination:
The owner reserves the right to terminate the reservation if house rules are violated.
